1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 11th platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 11th website or services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. Operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited. If a member attempts to operate multiple accounts, all such accounts may be permanently closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, 11th reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any winnings.

3 Age Verification & Identity

To participate on 11th you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

3.1 Age Proof Requirements

At the time of registration or at any stage thereafter, 11th may request documents to verify your age and identity. If you do not respond to a verification request, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 KYC Process

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers at 11th are subject to the conditions below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

If a member abuses the bonus system (for example, by claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using coordinated betting methods), 11th reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Promotion Validity

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when using gaming services on 11th.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

11th believes in fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently tested and impartial.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are stated in the relevant game's instructions. 11th reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a gaming session, the outcome of that session will be determined according to server logs. 11th is not obliged to pay winnings obtained as a result of an obvious programming or game error.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

The following general principles apply to sports betting markets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned by the organiser, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, 11th's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11th. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Deliberate abuse of the bonus system or coordinating with third parties to claim bonuses
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the platform
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering)
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members
• Attempting a cyber attack or hacking against the platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Rights of 11th

11th may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud
• Failure to verify age or identity
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority
• Extended period of inactivity

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

8.3 Remaining Balance

Upon account closure, the real money in your balance (excluding any bonus or funds where wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn, unless a restriction or investigation is ongoing.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will not affect the remaining terms, and the rest of the terms will remain in full effect.
